Reports to: Head of Housekeeping
Part Time Position
To further the mission of Colorado Outdoor Education Center by maintaining cleanliness of the conference center environment and ensuring all spaces are neat and pleasant. ​

Essential Job Functions:
  • Cleaning all areas of the conference center, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.
  • Work with a team of housekeepers
  • Clean disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
  • Report an return any guest properties found in the rooms
Other Job Duties:
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Minor paint or similar repairs when guest rooms are unoccupied
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working efficiently without compromising quality
Physical Requirements of the Position:
  • Ability to spend 8hrs on your feet
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to navigate over uneven terrain
  • Shifts may vary and some include weekends.

Qualifications: (Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience)
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances, their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
  • Proven willingness to learn
  • Flexible Schedule including some weekends
Compensation:
  • Meals on site during shift
  • $14.45-$15.50/Hr DOE
  • Part time: Paid Sick Leave
